Shanaz comes to the world of Real Estate after working as an Architect and a User Interaction Designer for over 15 years. She worked in residential architecture to design homes and interior spaces, identifying her clients’ needs and bringing families to live closer together. After moving to Silicon Valley her transition to the tech industry seemed natural as the dot com boom was taking off and the “worldwide web” was becoming a household word. It was an exciting time in the valley as things were changing quickly. Her experience in the computer software industry in Silicon Valley sharpened her negotiating skills as she designed intuitive websites based on user requirements. Her expertise with technology allowed for easy integration with her business to increase efficiency and performance. Her decision to join Real Estate stemmed from her love of Architecture and Design and interacting with people. Raising a family with 3 kids has taught her patience and perseverance. Having moved a few times, she understands the complexities with relocating and settling in, the importance of good schools and neighborhoods as well as maintaining market values. Shanaz loves living in the Atlanta metro area and has seen this area grow and develop into a vibrant metropolis with a great quality of life.
